Return in three steps
No printing, no phone calls, no counter. Tell us online, drop the box in a letterbox and the refund follows within 14 days.
Step 1 · Tell us online
Fill in the return form with your order number, size and colour. You receive a confirmation email straight away with the return address and instructions.

Step 2 · Pack and post
Put the ChronoPad® back in its box and send it as a PostNL letterbox parcel, or your country's equivalent. Small and light, so no queue at a counter.

Step 3 · Get your refund
As soon as the parcel arrives, or you show us it has been posted, we refund the full amount including standard shipping.

Start your return
Fill in your order number, the size and colour you are returning and the reason. Optional: add a photo. You get an automatic confirmation with the return address and instructions. Prefer paper? The withdrawal form is at the bottom of the return policy.
Conditions
You can cancel any ChronoPad® order within 21 days of delivery, without giving a reason. After you tell us, you have another 14 days to send it back.
- Handle it with care: unpack and try it only as far as needed to see if it suits you
- Return it with all parts and, where possible, in its original box
- If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is needed to try it, we may charge you for the loss in value

Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 21 days after the date of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. You are only responsible for the cost of returning the item from your home to us; as a letterbox parcel this is a few euros, check your carrier’s website for the exact rate. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, return the product with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, contact us at info@chronopad.eu or use our online withdrawal form. We refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, provided the product has been received back or you have shown that you sent it. If the product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged beyond what is needed to try the product, we may charge you for the resulting loss in value. Please handle the product with care and pack it properly when you return it.

Changed your mind, wrong size or colour? That is a return: use the form above. Is the pad damaged, peeling or not sticking as it should? That is a warranty claim, and we cover the return postage. Go to Warranty claim.
Yes, you can still cancel within 21 days. Keep in mind that sticking the pad to your MacBook goes further than needed to try it, so we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund. Not sure about the size or colour? Hold the pad over your palm rest with the backing film still on first. If it does not fit or stick properly, submit a warranty claim instead.
In its original box, as a letterbox parcel. In the Netherlands that is a PostNL brievenbuspakje; most EU postal services have an equivalent small-parcel format. No counter visit needed, it fits through the letterbox on both ends.
You do, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Because the parcel is small and light, this is typically a few euros.

Your legal right
Prefer to withdraw formally?
Under EU consumer law you can withdraw from your purchase within 21 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Our online withdrawal form registers it on your order and confirms it by email straight away. Those 21 days are your right of withdrawal; the formal form is there if you want it on record. A printable model withdrawal form is included in our return policy and in Annex 1 of our Terms & Conditions.
