This disclaimer applies to the ChronoPad® website and online store (the “Website”). ChronoPad® is a trade name of JKC Trading B.V., Philitelaan 57, 5617 AK Eindhoven, the Netherlands (KvK 99729504). By using the Website you accept this disclaimer. It applies alongside our Terms and Conditions, which govern every purchase.

The information on the Website is meant for general information only. We compile and maintain it as carefully as we can, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete, accurate, current or free of errors.

2. Prices and product information

Product descriptions, specifications, images and prices are an indication and can change without notice. Images are for illustration and may differ from the actual product. You cannot hold us to an offer or price if you knew, or should reasonably have understood, that it contained an obvious error or typing mistake.

The ChronoPad® is a comfort accessory, not a protective device. It does not guarantee that scratches, dents, pressure marks, residue or other damage to laptops or other items will be prevented. Use it only as described in the supplied instructions.

As far as the law allows, JKC Trading B.V. is not liable for any direct or indirect damage that results from using the Website, from being unable to use it, or from relying on information published on it. Indirect and consequential damage, such as lost profit, lost savings, lost data, reputational harm and business interruption, is excluded.

These limits do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of JKC Trading B.V. or its management, and they do not affect any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including liability under consumer law and product liability rules.
