ChronoPad\u00ae is a trade name of JKC Trading B.V. This policy applies alongside our Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Warranty period and scope<\/h3>\n<p>We guarantee that the goods we sell match the agreement, work without fault and are fit for normal use for two years from the day they are delivered.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Nature of the product<\/h3>\n<p>The ChronoPad\u00ae is a comfort accessory, not a protective device. It does not guarantee that scratches, dents, pressure marks, residue or other damage will be prevented. Minor visual changes, wear or cosmetic effects that come from normal installation, use or removal are not in themselves a product defect.<\/p>\n<h3>3. What is covered<\/h3>\n<p>During the warranty period, the warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal use of the product.<\/p>\n<h3>4. What is not covered<\/h3>\n<p>The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper or abnormal use, incorrect installation or removal, repeated repositioning, use on dirty, oily, wet or unsuitable surfaces, modification, accidents, normal wear and tear, or anything else that is down to the customer or that is at the customer&#8217;s risk.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Remedy<\/h3>\n<p>If a claim is valid, we will repair the product, replace it, or refund the purchase price, at our own choice. The warranty does not give a right to damages or to compensation for other losses. The liability limits in our Terms and Conditions apply to these warranty obligations.<\/p>\n<h3>6. How to make a warranty claim<\/h3>\n<p>Let us know in writing within 14 calendar days of finding the defect (or of the day you should reasonably have found it) at <a href=\"mailto:info@chronopad.eu\">info@chronopad.eu<\/a>. Please include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>your order number;<\/li>\n<li>a description of the defect, with photos if possible;<\/li>\n<li>your proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Returns for inspection, repair or replacement go to:<\/strong> JKC Trading B.V., High Tech Campus 32, 5656 AE Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Please contact us first before you send anything back.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Your statutory rights (consumers)<\/h3>\n<p>This commercial warranty comes on top of your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect them. Under EU and Dutch consumer law you are entitled to goods that match the contract. If they do not, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, free of charge, regardless of this commercial warranty. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights, which cannot be waived.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Business buyers<\/h3>\n<p>Business buyers must check the goods as soon as they receive them and report any complaint in writing, with reasons, within 14 calendar days, following the complaints procedure in our Terms and Conditions. If they do not, the related rights lapse.<\/p>\n<h3>9.
