ChronoPad is a trade name of JKC Trading B.V. This policy applies alongside our Terms and Conditions and alongside mandatory consumer law, which takes precedence.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)<\/h3>\n<p>As a consumer you have a cooling-off period of 21 calendar days. You can cancel your purchase within 21 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.<\/p>\n<h3>2. How to withdraw<\/h3>\n<p>To cancel, let us know within those 21 days by e-mail at <a href=\"mailto:info@chronopad.eu\">info@chronopad.eu<\/a>, or with any other clear statement. The quickest way is our <a href=\"\/withdraw-from-contract\/\">online withdrawal form<\/a>: it registers your withdrawal on your order and confirms it by e-mail straight away. You can also use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to. We will confirm that we received your notice.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Returning the goods<\/h3>\n<p>After you let us know, please send the goods back within 14 calendar days, counting from the day after you told us you are cancelling. Return them, as far as possible, with all accessories, in their original condition and packaging. Handle the goods and packaging with care: you may only unpack or use them as far as needed to check their nature, features and working. If the product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged beyond what is needed to try the product, we may charge you for the resulting loss in value. Return shipping costs<\/h3>\n<p>You pay the direct cost of sending the goods back, unless we have said or agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Refunds<\/h3>\n<p>We will refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being told that you want to cancel. We may hold off on the refund until we have the goods back, or until you show us that you have sent them, whichever comes first. We use the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise, and the refund costs you nothing.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Business buyers<\/h3>\n<p>The right of withdrawal is only for consumers. Business buyers cannot use it. A business buyer may only return goods if we have agreed to that specific return in writing beforehand.<\/p>\n<h3>7.
